Pregnancy (Antenatal) Yoga

Pregnancy (Antenatal) Yoga classes are designed to help women prepare physically and mentally for a positive, confident birth.

Taught by a specialist Antenatal Yoga teacher the class is appropriate for women at any stage of pregnancy.

Postures include a beautiful combination of stretching, strengthening and relaxation exercises useful for birth.

You do not need any previous yoga experience to join in and there is no need to book, please just come along.

Payment can be made at the start of class either with cash or eft using your telephone banking app.

You are also welcome to borrow books from the CEA library before or after the class. Please ask Emily to check out the books for you.
